DarChum doing great.
Well finally got out to visit DarChum to check on his wrist and hand. Pleasantly surprised that all was well, in fact the hand looks good and dressing not needed. Done all I can and its up to the TB antibiotics now. Given him a bottle of Povidone for him to use to keep his hand clean and I will visit once a week or maybe less as he no longer needs dressings on his hand. Swelling is down and well under control and he has reasonable movement, but I will keep a watching brief. He has my number with instructions to call me if anything new happens.
