Darchum (sarChim) visit

Darchum needed surgery to reduce the infection in his wrist which is due to TB infection. Full clean and dressing repack done this morning. Several large open incisions that are going to need care to prevent general infection. Going to be doing the dressings myself as I am not satisfied with the abilities of the local medical/nursing staff.
