Daily Dressings for DarChum needed but a PIA

Having to go and do daily dressings to DarChums wrist and hand following his recent surgery. Its a real PIA due to the distances involved. Nobody local that I would even think about trusting with the job. Ah well what needs to be done will be done one way or another.
