Sar Chim - Catch 22

Catch 22. Sar Chim has no family to take him to the hospital several miles away, where he could recieve treatment for his TB. He has no transport and no money to pay for a moto to take and bring him back, so he is stuck. Asked Srey Crieats daughter to find a moto driver to take him and bring him back everyday for one month and I will pay him $10 per week. Hospital has three new ambulances parked outside I wonder what they are used for ?? He must get treatment for his TB as I cannot just go and keep his wounds clean for ever and a day.
