and the process continues
Out to see Srey Crieat and Sar Chim again today to do their dressing. Both are progressing well. Dressing only done to Srey Crieats hand as I want the other areas to begin drying out (which they are doing). Sar Chim now has little pain but maybe signs of developing another abcess on the same hand, need to watch carefully. The sinus he has is trying to grow a cap which needed to be broken so we can keep inside clean and growth comes from the inside.
